Hideo Kitaoka works in Echizen, Japan and specializes in forging traditional single bevel knives. This line is forged from Aogami #2 steel and cladded in iron. This knife is a right hand orientation. Fitted with a d-shape rosewood handle with pakka wood ferrule.
